In the Year of Preservation of Environment ( Decree of 10 August 2012 . № ??1157) The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan , Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources , Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on Natural Resources , Environment and Ecology , Scientific Council of Russian Academy of Sciences on ecology and Emergency Situations carried IV International Ecological Forum and 18th specialized exhibition " Industrial Safety 2013".

The main objectives of the Environmental Forum and Exhibition are showcasing the best scientific and technological developments in the field of environmental protection, the implementation of best available technology to control emissions, wastewater treatment, recycling , treatment and disposal of wastes.
The forum will involve Russian meeting of heads of industrial enterprises on the use of modern air pollution control systems , preparation for the implementation of best available techniques . Scientific and Technical Council of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources, Subcommittee on hydrocarbon feedstock of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on Natural Resources , Environment and Ecology , Scientific Council of Russian Academy of Sciences on environmental emergencies in the Forum will hold a hearing : " The development of innovative technologies capable of provide a high level of new environmental solutions for Russian oil and gas industry. " Best achievements of enterprises and industrial complexes in environmental activities , introduction of energy- saving technologies , presented at the exhibition , launched in the pavilions of the Forum will be marked with "Tree of ecology”.
